Typically your pups first Spa time should be to Desensitize your dog to the noise, environment of grooming. Letting your pup be curious and getting the pup used to the grooming; we want to show your pup that there is nothing to fear from grooming & that they are in good care!
Cancellation Policy
By booking a grooming appointment, you agree that your pet is healthy. You understand that grooming may involve risks including nicks, stress, or reactions to products. We will take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety and comfort. If your pet has any medical or behavioral concerns, please inform us in advance. In an emergency, we may seek veterinary care at your expense. Your pet's well-being is our top priority!
